Our show will again have two large tents for those who want a 6’ space within the tents. Our parking lot will hold all artists who have their own individual 10x10 tents. This year The Craft Guild will have 4 10x10 tents available for rent. If you don’t have a personal tent and would like your own individual space, call The Craft Guild at 972-490-0303 for more details on renting these tents. New for the Spring Show we will host the opening reception on Thursday night just as we do for the Fall Show. This is always a highlight of the show, with food, live music and a lot of fun!

Sign up by midnight on March 31st and have your name entered in a drawing to have your show space fee refunded!
If you are an artist interested in applying for our show, here are all of the resources you will need to do so. You can download the Application Process and FAQ’s below.
We suggest you print out this download and keep a copy around to answer your questions as they come up.
If you have gone over the ‘process and FAQ’s’ and are ready to apply, first make sure you have 3 very good photographs of your work in a jpg format and a copy of your W-9 to upload as you apply. You can get a blank copy of the W-9 form HERE. There are three ways to apply.
You can apply for a display space in the ‘Big Tent’. The fee for a display space in the big tent is $85 for members, $120 for non-members (plus the $15 non-refundable application fee). This will give you a 6-foot by 3-foot area for your table or display space in the large main tent.
You can apply for a ‘Personal Tent First Artist’ display space. This is where you bring your own 10’ x 10’ tent. The fee for showing in your own tent is $100 for members and $135 for non-members (plus the non-refundable application fee). This provides a lot more display space and will be set up just outside our main tent.
The final option, ‘Additional Artist’ is for those who have a friend they have made arrangements to share a tent with. The second artist must still apply, but the only charge is the $35.00 for members and $50.00 for non-members (plus the $15.00 non-refundable application fee). You may apply for this ONLY if you have already made arrangements with another artist who already has a tent.
Once you have applied for the show, you will want to add shows@craftguildofdallas.org to your contact list to prevent our emails from going to your spam box. Once you have received an acceptance email you will need a copy of an inventory sheet as you prepare your inventory. You can print one out HERE.
If this is your first show with the Craft Guild please contact the Show Committee shows@craftguildofdallas.org to be issued an artist number for your price stickers.
