BEADING JEWELRY I
...the adventure begins!
Welcome to your never-ending delicious adventure!
In addition to learning the basic techniques for creating a necklace, you will have an opportunity to understand the philosophy of designing one. You will learn how to create a necklace of which you will not only be amazed and proud, but your friends will admire. You will see examples of how to maximize and expand upon the techniques you learn in this class. There will be a generous mixture of strands of beads, gemstones and pendants from which you will choose for your lesson. Your kit will also include beading cord, bead caps, spacers, crimps and choice of an attractive clasp with which to finish your creation. There will also be a supply of tools to share for your class.
DO NOT bring your own supplies for this class. Although everyone will be creating their own design, materials provided have been selected so as to enhance ease in learning important initial techniques. You will also receive a list of some of my preferred jewelry vendors. My goal is to share the creative expression with which I have been in love for most of my life. It is not only a therapeutic task which is relaxing, it will bring forth amazement and joy at the creative expression you have had within you all of your life.
